Grant Applications
We believe in the power of collective action and the importance of nurturing relationships within our neighborhoods. Through our annual grant applications, we strive to make a meaningful impact that promotes growth and unity. We fund both capital projects and programs that create measurable and lasting impact.
Eligibility
To be considered for funding, applicants must: Be a registered 501(c)(3) in good standing with the IRS and the State of California and have a minimum Silver Seal on CANDID for the year the application is being submitted. Request support for capital projects or programmatic work aligning with one or more of our focus areas: • Animal Welfare • Veteran Support • Youth Advancement • Community Health • Arts

Award Amounts
Grant awards typically range from $5,000 to $25,000. Exceptional projects may be considered for multi-year funding up to $50,000. General operating requests are not eligible.
Deadlines
Applications are due October 1 annually for following year funding. Funding must be used by December 31st of the year funded. A one- two page narrative report with details of the project must be submitted within 12 months of funding to be considered for future funding. Review and additional information request October 1st- December 15th Funding decisions announced by January 31st
